KUALA LUMPUR, March 3 (Bernama) — The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives finished firmer today.
At the close, March 2023, April 2023 and June 2023 increased 9.0 points to 1,436.0, 1,436.5 and 1,437.0 respectively, while September 2023 was 8.5 points higher at 1,428.5.
Turnover, however, narrowed to 8,287 lots from 9,752 lots on Thursday while open interest fell to 38,587 contracts from 39,614 contracts previously.
At 5 pm, the benchmark FBM KLCI dipped 1.94 points to 1,453.55 from yesterday’s closing of 1,455.49.
