Supermax contributes three million medical gloves to Wuhan

KUALA LUMPUR, Supermax Corporation Bhd will contribute two million pieces of medical grade gloves to Wuhan, China to aid local healthcare workers in their fight against the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019 – nCoV) outbreak.

In a statement today, the rubber glove manufacturer said the contribution was in addition to the one million gloves already distributed by its local office and distributor in China.

The company said it will be sending one million gloves to Wuhan today, on a special chartered flight coordinated by National Disaster Management Agency Malaysia (NADMA) while the remaining would be sent to the city located in central China on the next chartered flight scheduled on Feb 5.
