Police seek witnesses after motorcyclist dies in collision at UMS

KOTA KINABALU, A motorcyclist was killed in an accident involving three motorcycles at Jalan Sulaman near the Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) traffic lights at 12.50am today.

Kota Kinabalu district police chief ACP Habibi Majinji said the victim, Mohd Diman Fadillah Kamis, 31, was confirmed dead at the scene by a medical officer from the Likas Hospital.

He said based on witness testimony, the accident occurred when the victim was believed to be testing his motorcycle’s speed from the UMS traffic lights to the Indah Permai traffic lights.
