TAWAU, Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal hopes the problem of dilapidated and idle buildings in Sabindo, Tawau, can be resolved amicably so that they can be re-developed by the state government.
He said the court had handed down its decision, including demolishing the buildings, but there were problems with previous owners.
