TO THE NEW Launches Global Entrepreneurship Program for Young Asians

SINGAPORE, July 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ — TO THE NEW, Asia’s leading digital powerhouse, is launching ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’, a one of its kind entrepreneurship leadership program. It plans to hire 20 young professionals, expose them to challenging assignments across its group companies, train them over the next two years, and then let them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across businesses and geographies, both existing and new.

The group selected for the ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’ program will consist of candidates who have graduated from premier management and technical institutes from across India, ASEAN and China, with 3 to 5 years of work experience. The program will place these candidates in high impact roles in business development, product management, product development and technology in the various TO THE NEW companies across Asia. Over the next two years, these candidates will operate in impactful roles and undergo intensive training programs, to help them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across its companies.
